Can I use the Starter plan commercially?
Yes. ScriptMesh is MIT licensed. You can use it commercially, modify it, and distribute it without restriction.
What does 'cloud-managed orchestrator' mean in Pro?
In Pro, we host and operate the orchestrator at api.getscriptmesh.com. You don't manage Docker, upgrades, or uptime. Your agents still run on your own servers and connect outbound to our endpoint.
Do agents need inbound firewall ports?
No. Agents initiate outbound HTTPS connections to the orchestrator. You never need to open inbound ports, configure VPN, or expose agents to the internet.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Pro includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all Pro features including all integrations and 90-day history.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro without losing data?
Yes. Re-point your agents at your Pro orchestrator URL and re-register them. All your scripts remain on your servers unchanged. Job history from your self-hosted instance can be exported.
What integrations are available on Pro?
Pro includes all 7 integrations: Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Datadog, Splunk, and Prometheus. Plus generic outbound webhooks. All configurable per tenant.
Can Enterprise be deployed fully on-premises?
Yes. Enterprise is purpose-built for on-premises and private cloud. We provide Docker images, deployment guides, and implementation support to get you running on your own infrastructure.
What authentication options are available?
All plans support email/password with JWT tokens plus scoped API keys. Pro and Enterprise add Microsoft SSO via MSAL. Enterprise adds SAML 2.0 for integration with any identity provider.
